Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a saree from vastravi.in. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

Vastravi is a family business in Hyderabad, run as a sole proprietorship. Our contact details are on the contact page.

The sarees

• Each saree is one of a kind. When it is bought, it is gone.
• Every product page shows a styled drape image and a photo of the actual saree. The actual photo is the reference for what you receive.
• Handloom weaving leaves small irregularities, and screen colours vary. These are not defects.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include delivery within Telangana. Nothing is added at checkout.
• Online payments are processed by Cashfree. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Pay on delivery is available only for orders we hand-deliver in Hyderabad.

Holding a saree

When you start checkout, we hold the sarees in your bag for 10 minutes so no one else can buy them. If the hold ends before you pay, they become available to others again.

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment is received, or when you choose pay on delivery. If a payment arrives for a saree that was meanwhile sold to someone else, we refund it in full.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
