We collect only what we need to sell and deliver your saree, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Your email, to sign you in with a code and send order updates.
• Your name, mobile number and address, to deliver your order and call you before a hand delivery.
• Your orders, so you can see them in your account and we can help if something goes wrong.

Your bag and theme choice are stored only in your own browser.

Who we share it with

• Cashfree, to process online payments.
• Our courier, for deliveries outside Hyderabad: your name, phone and address.
• Our email provider, to send sign-in codes and order emails.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores its data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounts. You can ask us to delete your account and the details not needed for those records.

Your choices

You can see and correct your details in your account, or write to us to access, correct or delete your information, as provided under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our contact details are on the contact page.
